Updated query param for exchange rate query endpoint

In addition to fromCurrency and toCurrency, we have introduced a new query param network for the Get exchange rates endpoint. This allows you to query the indicative rate for a specific corridor if the toCurrency supports a local network (e.g. SGD via FAST, or HKD via FPS). This is an optional query param and will default to SWIFT if not provided.
