New Corridor: USD into CN

We have rolled out a new payment corridor - USD into CN via CFXPS. If the corridor has been enabled for you, you will now be able to Create a new receiving party and Create a new payment to a CFXPS receiving party if the receiving party's has a USD bank account in Mainland China. Note that you will have to pass in registeredIdentifier when creating a CFXPS receiving party, which refers to the business registration number for a business and identification number for an individual.
