Dashboard permissions have been updated

Through the dashboard associated with your Payments API activity, you now can choose between Admin, Team Member, and Developer, with each status having varying visibility and capacity to action.

Admins have full visibility and rights, while Team Members have restricted visibility with limited capability, only able to take certain operational actions (e.g. they can cancel a payment but can't add other Team Members, view API keys or add IP addresses). Developers also have restricted visibility with limited capability, focused on being able to add IP addresses and generate API keys.
