"Create blockchain address" endpoint added

We have added a new POST endpoint enabling the creation of a blockchain address via API for our supported blockchains.

Previously, a user would have to log-in to the dashboard, and generate the address manually. With this endpoint, this operation can now be done programmatically, streamlining the initial fund-ins and account setup at scale.
