Added file type restrictions for document upload

For our upload documents endpoint, we are now enforcing file types to be one of the following: doc, docx, csv, jpg, jpeg, pdf, png, xls, xlsx, txt, odt, ods, heic, heif, gif. Invalid file type will result in failure in uploading document for an existing payment.
