Added "Awaiting Approval" and "Quote Expired" statuses

We have added two additional statuses to our payment lifecycle.

Before the "Draft" status applied to both "Draft" payments that are still able to be accepted and "Draft" payments that could no longer be accepted. "Quote Expired" is now the status used for payments that can no longer be accepted, avoiding this potentially confusing situation.

"Awaiting Approval" is a status that provides execution control on a per-payment level. We recognize the need to lock-in a payment quote while still doing additional business logic checks. This status allows you to tell us to not process a payment until an additional confirmation is provided.
